ORA-29832, ORA-29844 When Running catpatch.sql

Problem: When running catpatch.sql as part of Oracle Database 9.2.0.8 upgrade, the following errors occur:

ORA-29832: cannot drop or replace an indextype with dependent indexes 
ORA-29844: duplicate operator name specified

Solution: These errors can be ignored.
